Koshka’s Journal #16
There is not much to say here. The Darklands put us through our paces and for the most part Rianovna was left to her own thoughts, precisely as they intend Rianovna supposes. Pure elements arose, Fire, Wind, Water and Earth and all were slain, the Fates were only buying the time they needed. Time they used to bring another horror upon us in the form of an old friend, Woolf McDermott. As Rianovna understands it, he was a standard human once but like all things in the Darklands he was corrupted and turned to Their purposes. His power was considerable but in the end he was insignificant, another show for Them while we are all tempted with darkness.
With him slain we found our second library with another shifty pattern of words and green fire. This message read “It flows both ways.” The last, as far as Rianovna can recall was “Those who have died are not dead,” or there near enough.
Now we move ever onward into the darkness, where it all began for Rianovna and likely where it will all end as well.
